ICEO supports a proposal to the European Commission on Science and Technology networks. In a Framework 7 call response for GEO Science and Technology Support, IEEE joined with ten European partners for a two-year program to facilitate networking in Europe and more globally. IEEE has the lead for dissemination and outreach.
