This workshop focused on the requirements for integrating global public health information with environmental observations to improve health decision-making at the international, regional, country and district levels. The workshop provided a forum for addressing existing as well as new requirements. Particular emphasis was on how GEOSS and WHO will support the collection & distribution of information and meet the diverse needs of the health community.
