Mr Annoni is a member of the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre (JRC) at the Institute for Environment and Sustainability, in Ispra, Italy, where he heads the Spatial Data Infrastructures Unit. He was appointed as the European co-chair of the GEO ADC in 2006.

Mr. Ivan B. DeLoatch is currently serving as the Staff Director for the Federal Geographic Data Committee, which has responsibility for interagency coordination and policy for twenty-six federal agencies in the collection, processing, and dissemination of geospatial information. Mr. DeLoatch served as the representative from the United States for the international Group on Earth Observation’s (GEO) Implementation Plan Task Team that developed the 10-Year Implementation Plan and its Reference Document for the Global Earth Observation System of Systems (GEOSS). He is currently serving as one of the seven Co-Chairs of the GEO Architecture and Data Committee.

Dr Donald Hinsman is currently Director of the Observing and Information Systems Department responsible for all WMO and sponsored observing systems and all information systems. He also serves as the WMO Focal Point for GEO as well as one of the GEO ADC Co-Chairs.
Jay Pearlman

Dr Jay Pearlman is Chief Engineer of NCOC&EM at Boeing. He is a Boeing Technical Fellow, and a Fellow of the IEEE. He is Chair of the IEEE-wide Committee on Earth Observation (ICEO), Principal IEEE delegate to GEO,and a Co-Chair of the GEO ADC, representing IEEE.
Ivan Petiteville

Until recently, Mr Ivan Petiteville headed the Earth Observation Payload Data Ground Segment Project Office in charge of the definition, design, implementation and commissioning of ESA EO Ground Segment infrastructure. He is currently the Committee for Earth Observation Satellites (CEOS) Executive Officer, insuring a proper interface between CEOS and GEO. He is one of the Co-Chairs of GEO ADC, representing CEOS.

Professor Ryosuke Shibasaki is a professor and director of the Center for Spatial Information Science, University of Tokyo. His research interests cover mapping/tracking technologies for mobile and immobile objects in urban environment, context-aware services based on human behavior sensing, planning and design of spatial data infrastructure (SDI) and its application to the integration of heterogeneous systems.
In 2006, he became one of the Co-Chairs of the GEO ADC representing Japan.
Jiashen Zhang

Dr Jiashen Zhang, co-chair of the GEO-ADC representing China, received his PhD degree from Peking University in 2000 with major research interests in climate change. He now heads the operational science & Technology division of the National Satellite Meteorological Center, China Meteorological Administration
